Update!
It has been a while since I have updated this site. My internet here has not worked so well lately. All is well in my life. I am nearly through another month. February is the worst month here as far as weather goes. You can see in the photos that it snows here a little :-). The snow in these photos fell overnight last week. Today however, it was in the upper 30s. I know that sounds cold, but it is warm here. We were wearing short sleeve shirts.
The mission is going well. My job is mostly paperwork, as my troops do most of the "outside the wire" stuff. I go out with them periodically. It is cool to have little kids running up to your vehicle and waving. They come up to us in the streets and just want to be with us. It is very cool.
I hope all is going well at home. Angelea seems to be doing fine. She is a very strong and independent woman. She is looking at a house and seems to like it very well. So it looks like I may be living somewhere else when I get home.
My internet serivce is being improved in a few days, so I hope to keep this site more up to date.
